The charity was setup in memory of Anton Day to raise money for the support of sufferers of Leukaemia and their families and carers at the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospitals in Oxford.

The first aim of the Anton Day Smile Foundation will be to raise £50,000 for a memorial garden on the roof of the Churchill Hospital in Oxford where cancer patients from this area are treated. This garden is an important place for those who suffer from cancer to go get away from it and collect their thoughts, and have a change of scenery.

The Anton Day Smile Foundation works towards raising money for MyelomaUK and the John Radcliffe Cancer Centre in Oxford. Find out more about the John Radcliffe here.

The 25th Birthday of leukaemia victim Anton Day was marked by the opening of a charity shop in his memory. Vanessa and Tony officially opened the shop for the Anton Day Smile Foundation at Moss End Garden Centre in Warfield on Sunday.
